Drafted seventh overall by the Indiana Pacers in the 1989 NBA Draft
Small forward for the Indiana Pacers (1989-93), Dallas Mavericks (1995-97), Los Angeles Lakers (1997), Phoenix Suns (1997-99) and the Denver Nuggets (1999-2002)
Also played for Scavolina Pesaro (1993-94), Rapid City Thrillers (1994-95) and the Tampa Bay Windjammers (1998)
Metro Conference Player of the Year (1989)

Why he might be annoying:

He never lived up to his draft billing as a top 10 pick in Indiana, as he was extremely unproductive during his four years with the team.
In one of the NBA's more bizarre injuries, he famously sprained his ankle, while talking on the phone.
He was out of the NBA for two seasons following his release from the Pacers.
He was remembered for being part of an entourage of Suns players led by Jason Kidd, that flew to Denver in an attempt to stop Antonio McDyess from signing with the Nuggets (which wound up being in vain).
He came off as a hypocrite, after being part of the entourage to try and stop McDyess from signing the Nuggets offer, he wound up signing with the team himself months later.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was considered a smooth three-point shooter.
He made the most of his second chance in the NBA, when he signed with the Mavericks.
He was considered one of the few bright spots on an awful Mavericks team.
He set an NBA record for most three-point attempts made in a single season (1995-96).
He was considered a valued leader in the locker room, during the later stages of his career.
