He's an alcoholic.
He's divorced.
He was arrested in 2000 for drunk driving.
He always has toothpicks in his mouth.
Before Razor Ramon, he had several different names and gimmicks that didn't catch on.
He was one of the first big stars to leave the WWF for WCW, starting the WWF's downfall in business.
His alcohol abuse and marital problems caused him to be constantly absent from WCW and eventually led to his release from the company.
He's known for having an ego backstage that led to his second departure from the WWF in 2002.
He was supposed to be the best man at Justin Credible's wedding but never showed up.
He was once a guest on the Jerry Springer Show.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was successful as a singles and a tag team wrestler.
He was the first wrestler to hold the WWF Intercontinental Title four times.
He was named PWI's Most Improved Wrestler of the Year in 1992.
His two ladder matches with Shawn Michaels were highly praised and considered two of the greatest matches in wrestling history.
He was one of the founding members of the New World Order, the angle mainly responsible for WCW beating the WWF in ratings for over a year.
He has remained sober for over a year and many colleagues notice a positive change in his attitude and work rate.
He poked fun of his alcohol abuse during his first promo back in the WWF.
