    Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
    Pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays (1991–98), Baltimore Orioles (1998–99), Cincinnati Reds (1999) and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays (2000)

Why he might be annoying:

    He was known for his long ponytail and erratic pitching style.
    His productivity declined dramatically after the Jays World Series victories.
    Despite getting the victories, he was unable to secure a lead during the Jays playoff runs.
    He bounced around the majors during his final three seasons after being traded from Toronto.
    He was nicknamed 'The Human Rain Delay.'

    He won two World Series rings as a member of the Blue Jays (1992, 1993).
    He went 40-11 in his first three major league seasons.
    He posted a 5-1 career record in the playoffs.
    He was one of the Jays most consistent pitchers during the earlier part of the 1990's.
