Why he might be annoying:

    His nickname is 'Dim Shady.'
    He looks similar to fellow wrestler, Nunzio.
    His tag team with Alex Wright was called the 'Boogie Knights.'
    When Wright and General Rection won the WCW Tag Team titles, the commentators tried to make it look as though Wright had won it with Gilberti.
    He was in a story line where he begged Konnan to join nWo, then turned against him after joining.
    He and Scott Hall would interfere in each other's matches and help each other win for a brief period of time, until Hall got injured.
    He didn't get a single push throughout 2001, until WCW's demise.
    In NWA, he is currently managing the tag team of Simond Diamond and Johnny Swinger and he constantly interferes with their matches, giving them the easy win.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He has been a member of the Filthy Animals, the Mamalukes and nWo Wolfpac, three of WCW's most memorable stables.
    He got an NWA Heavyweight title shot against Jeff Jarrett during his first few weeks in the company by winning a Battle Royal.
    He had an entertaining feud with Ernest 'The Cat' Miller over who could dance better (which led to a match where Miller dressed as James Brown).
    He had a memorable feud with Dusty Rhodes that led to a bull rope match (a type of match which Rhodes has been in hundreds of times), which Gilberti won.
    His Disco Inferno character was entertaining and will be remembered by many WCW viewers.
