Hockey Player

The Resume

Why he might be annoying:

He was a one-dimensional player, who was primarily used to fight opponents.
His game was built around fighting, that he lacked any offensive prowess.
He was suspended for 10 games, after he instigated a fight in the final minute of a Stanley Cup playoff game (April 6, 1990).
He recorded 2,000 career penalty minutes in the NHL.
He came out of retirement to play one game in a lower ranked minor league (2012).

Why he might not be annoying:

He was born to Yugoslavian immigrants.
He was considered one of the toughest scrappers in his era, outside of Bob Probert and Tie Domi.
He was a mainstay in the Islanders lineup for a decade.
He was a reliable shutdown forward during the early 1990's.
He scored a hat trick, which was surprising, given his status as an enforcer (1989).
