Recorded 'Let There be Music,' 'Dance With Me,' 'Still The One,' 'Reach' and 'Love Takes Time'
Kelly died of asphyxiation from a drug and alcohol overdose (October 29, 1984)

Why he might be annoying:

They went to a gig without having a real band name and came up with Orleans as a spur of the moment moniker.
Their 'Waking And Dreaming' album cover is gay and been voted by some in the music media as one of the 'Top 10 Worst Album Covers Of All Time.' (see picture)
'Still The One' was used by TV network ABC as their 1977-78 and 1979-80 slogan.
Though mainly a '70s band they still have three original members who perform on the oldies circuit.

Why he might not be annoying:

'Dance With Me' reached #6 in 1975 and 'Still The One' reached #5 in 1976 on the Billboard Singles charts.
Hall, along with fellow musicians Jackson Browne, Bonnie Raitt and Graham Nash, formed MUSE (Musicians United for Safe Energy) that organized five 'No Nukes' concerts held at Madison Square Garden in 1979.
In October 2004, Hall commented that the Bush presidential campaign did not get permission to use 'Still The One' at events, forcing the Bush supporters to drop the song from future events.
