    He wore an oversized helmet during his stint with the Devils.
    He left the NHL in 1996 and didn't return to the league until 2001.
    He couldn't adapt to playing the strict defensive style the Devils employed, which played a factor in his trade to Edmonton.

    He played for the Slovak national team in the years following the dissolution of Czechoslovakia.
    He ended his career a champion as he was a member of the HC Slovan Bratislava team that won the Slovak Extraliga title (2007).
