CFL Most Outstanding Player (1995, 1998)

Why he might be annoying:

He was extremely arrogant.
He was frequently relegated to backup duties in the NFL.
He played for seven teams in three different leagues during the course of his career.
He was benched in favor of Lawrence Phillips during his final season with the Alouettes.
He publicly feuded with his coaches Don Matthews and Tom Higgins during the final seasons of his career.

Why he might not be annoying:

He eclipsed George Reed's record for the CFL's all-time career rushing yards.
He established himself as a superstar following his trade to Baltimore.
He won the Grey Cup on three occasions (1995, 2002, 2003).
In addition to playing running back, he excelled on the special teams unit.
He is the first CFL running back to rush for 2,000 yards in a single season (1998).
He was a fan favorite in Montreal and was the first player of the re-established franchise to have his number retired.
