    (September 10, 1958- )
    Born in Dublin, Ireland
Member of Bananarama (1981–1988, 2017–2018) and Shakespears Sister
    Founder of SF Records
When she left home around age 16, she got involved in the British punk rock scene.
Unlike her bandmates, who admit to doing it only on occasion, she is a lifelong smoker.
In later years, she was not above wearing her hair as if she were Baby Spice (if not a black or white beret).
Until their 2017 world tour, she had never been live on the road with her groupmates. (This despite being a Top of the Pops regular!)
‘What’s the useless bit of skin on the end of a willy called? A man!’
She is the only Bananarama member not born in the U.K. (though she claims the accent).
Contrary to lore, she has a strong multi-instrumental background (though not classical).
She decided against correcting the initial error on a woodcut sign (which would have been Shakespeare’s Sister), effectively sealing the deal on her new project.
She included her older son (with that Dave Stewart) in some Shakespear’s Sister clips.
Ironically, it was at her flat that the inclination to rejoin – and tour with – her long-since-a-duo groupmates was reignited.
