His nickname is 'Soupy' as a result of his surname being Campbell.
He laid out R.J. Umberger with a vicious open ice bodycheck, which caused Umberger to miss the remainder of the Stanley Cup Playoffs (2006).
He played for three different teams during the course of the 2008 calendar year.
He bears a resemblance to comedian Carrot Top.
He is notorious for making poor defensive plays in his own zone.
