Played for the Utah Jazz (1991-93), Philadelphia 76ers (1994), Miami Heat (1996-98), Los Angeles Clippers (1999), Orlando Magic (1999) and the Vancouver/Memphis Grizzlies (2000-02)
NBA Most Improved Player (1997)

Why he might be annoying:

He was a journeyman player, as he was a member of 6 NBA teams and 6 teams in the independent leagues and abroad combined.
He failed to replicate his success in the years following his Most Improved Player Award victory.
He signed a lucrative contract with the Magic and failed to live up to it.
His decline saw him go from the NBA to the independent ABA in a matter of five years.
He owned a team in the ABA, but opted to forfeit from the league and eventually fold his franchise, after he frequently feuded with league officials.
