Why he might be annoying
He was born with an inborn heart block, which led to a pacemaker around age eight and made contact sports a challenge.
He has a paw tattoo on the inside of his left arm.
Until the merge, most of his air time – whenever he was given any – was connected to Whitney (read on, it gets better).
During the fifth Tribal Council, he and Whitney shot throwaway votes to Dawn to keep John in the game and send Elyse packing.
After the game filming, he constantly hooked up with his tribe mate Whitney bringing an end to her 15-month secret marriage.
Why he might not be annoying
Luckily he’s not the only pretty boy of the season.
His job involves being up to his waist in garbage on a daily basis (‘I quantify flow rates for the city of San Diego’).
His background in hunting, fishing, and scuba diving could easily parallel Ozzy’s.
Before the arrival of the tribe’s swimsuits, he scampered around camp in bright red briefs.
Having been informed by Ozzy about the hidden immunity idol, he promptly shared the information with Whitney on the vow they would tell no one else (Ozzy eventually blabbed to the whole Savaii).
Whitney was actively rooting for him to survive the three-way duel between him, Jim, and Ozzy (he outlasted Jim).
His running around camp was more welcome than Phillip’s showing off his hot pink skivvies (Season 22; and his voice was a whole lot better, too).
