The Resume

    (March 28, 1892-October 1, 1952)
    Born in Salerno, Italy
    Real name was Vincenzo Capone
    Oldest brother of Al Capone
Federal Prohibition agent and Special agent, Bureau of Indian Affairs
Served as a Nebraska Justice of the Peace

Why he might be annoying:

He left home at the age of sixteen, then left New York City when he joined a traveling circus as a roustabout and also was a professional wrestler.
He claimed to have served in World War I, but no records exist of his service.
After World War I, he mysteriously showed up in Homer, Nebraska, dressed as a flashy cowboy, claiming he was part Native American to cover up his Italian complexion. Not long after arriving in Homer, he helped rescue several people in a flood, including Kathleen Winch. A few months later, they married, and he got the job of the town sheriff, and later became a federal prohibition agent.
He learned of his brother's life of crime from newspapers when his exploits became national news.
He never told his wife or children of his/their Capone family connections until over twenty years after they were married.
He reunited with his brothers several times.
His family home in Homer had a special hidden entrance, supposedly for associates of his brothers.

Why he might not be annoying:

He took the last name of Hart from his idol, Western movie actor William S. Hart. He added 'Two-Gun' in addition from the actor.
He was close to his brother Al, who was eight when he left home.
In 1926, he became a special agent of the Bureau of Indian Affairs in South Dakota, where he was assigned duty to protect President Calvin Coolidge and his family during a visit to the Black Hills.
Hart returned to Homer as a Prohibition agent in 1931. He was again employed as a special agent for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, where he sought out illegal alcohol on the local Omaha reservation until he lost his job for killing a wanted man who did not surrender.
The Capone crime syndicate never crossed into Nebraska, especially Omaha. It is believed that Nebraska was avoided because Al did not want to confront his older brother.
He made national news when he testified in his brother Ralph’s tax evasion trial. He was called 'the Lost Capone'.
When he died, he was buried as Richard Hart in Homer's cemetery.
