Why Boy Scouts of America might be annoying:

Columbine High School gunmen Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold were Boy Scouts.
Because of this, the City of San Francisco has labeled the Scouts as a 'hate group.'
Some people make fun of them.
They are stereotyped as goody-goodies.

Why Boy Scouts of America might not be annoying:

They promote character building, reverence, family values and decency.
They teach skills that can last a life time.
They commit many good deeds.
Scout leaders voted to allow membership for openly gay youth (May 23, 2013).
