Why he might be annoying:

He spent his first four NBA seasons on poor Bucks and Pacers teams.
Despite establishing himself as an excellent regular season performer, his playoff success was minimal.
Rather than retire as a member of the Nuggets, he opted to finish his NBA career on a poor Mavericks team.
He acted in the movie 'Amazing Grace and Chuck', playing a fictional Boston Celtics player.

He was considered one of the purest scorers during his time by basketball pundits.
His trade from Indiana to Denver was considered a steal for the Nuggets, as he established himself as a regular in the team's lineup.
His Nuggets jersey became one of the top sellers during the NBA's rise to prominence in the 1980's
He was the first player in NBA history to record eight consecutive 2,000 point seasons.
He left the Nuggets as the franchise's all time leading scorer.
