Why she might be annoying:

Her name is hard to spell and pronounce (for the record, the first one is pronounced Ow-LEE-ee).
She looks a little bit like Hailee Steinfeld.
She always likes to sport a flower in her hair.
According to her mother, her singing voice is attributed to her lungs which were developed by crying very loudly as baby.

Why she might not be annoying:

She is of Polynesian, Chinese, Portuguese, Puerto Rican, and Irish descent.
She was the very last person to audition to portray Moana.
Her favorite subject in school is science, and she likes to do her homework at the beach because the ocean helps her concentrate.
Despite getting hit in the head by a flag pole, she managed to perform the song 'How Far I'll Go' from 'Moana' at the 2017 Oscars with ease.
