Why she might be annoying:

The two TV series she starred in were both cancelled after a single season.
She was required to wear fake braces and a fat suit in 'Square Pegs.'
She was disappointed at not being fitted for real braces.
During a fight between their characters, she got angry enough to throw her milk at Sarah Jessica Parker, which had not been scripted. (The pair made up later.)

Why she might not be annoying:

She was originally considered too pretty for her role as a high-school geek in 'Square Pegs.' (Thus, the fat suit and fake braces.)
She and 'Square Pegs' creator Anne Beatts remained good friends after the series was cancelled.
After leaving acting, she worked as a 2nd grade teacher and as a outpatient community therapist.
