Why she might be annoying:

She inherited her father's fondness for cigars.
She was appointed chair of the board of trustees of the National Theatre, despite knowing so little about theater that during an early meeting she dispatched a note asking, 'Who is Ian McKellen?'
She said that constantly answering questions from historians and journalists about her father made her feel 'like the last of the Mohicans.'

Why she might not be annoying:

During World War II, she joined the Red Cross (1939-41), then served in anti-aircraft batteries as a member of the Auxiliary Territorial Service (1941-46).
She served as her father's aide-de-camp during several overseas journeys, including the Postdam Conference.
Her biography of her mother won the Wolfson Prize for History.
Unlike her mother, for whom 'Winston came first, second and third,' she made plenty of time for her children when they were growing up.
