The Resume

Why he might be annoying:

He looks like Bud Selig on steroids.
Despite being considered a strong talent evaluator early in his career, his reputation diminished considerably after the Redskins' last Super Bowl victory.
He was one of the first employees fired by Daniel Snyder, upon Snyder's purchase of the team.
He drew the ire of Texans fans for passing on both Vince Young and Reggie Bush with the first overall pick in the 2006 NFL Draft.
His player personnel decisions with the Texans frequently drew fire from team owner Bob McNair during his four years with the club.

Why he might not be annoying:

He earned three Super Bowl rings as a member of the Redskins front office.
He was credited with scouting the Redskins famed 'Hogs' offensive line of the 1980's.
He assembled the Redskins 1987 replacement team roster, which served as the basis for the 2001 movie 'The Replacements.'
He was the first general manager in the history of the Houston Texans franchise.
His decision to draft Mario Williams with the first overall pick in 2006 was validated by the fact both Bush and Young's careers did not pan out as many football pundits had hoped.
