Why he might not be annoying:

He tries to break up fights even when he is more than a foot shorter than the guys fighting.
Trying to stop Alonzo Mourning of the Miami Heat from fighting, he grabbed his leg and was carried halfway through the court (1998 Playoffs).
During a playoff game, a hurricane caused part of a building to collapse, but the only car to get damaged was his.
On Martin Luther King Day (2001), he stepped in front of a punch when his player, Marcus Camby, went to hit an opponent, ending up with a black eye and 15 stitches.
