Why he might be annoying:

When he first came to the WWF, he used his wife, Sable, as his valet.
When the writers decided to put Sable into more 'adult' storylines by herself, he was forced to make Jacqueline his valet.
His gimmick in the WWF was of a boxer who would take on anybody.
He was supposed to have a 3-way feud with Mr. Perfect and Triple H, but when Mr. Perfect got ill, the feud never happened.
He never got over with the fans.
He had an unimpressive run in both WCW and WWF.

Why he might not be annoying:

Before becoming a wrestler, he was an amateur boxer.
He used to throw confetti at the crowd before every match he had in WCW.
He left the WWF and quit wrestling ever since his wife's popularity overshadowed his.
He won the 1991 PWI Rookie of the Year and 1991 WON Rookie of the Year awards.
