Why he might be annoying:

He's a religious charlatan (Con Artist).
Claims to impart the Holy Spirit by blowing on people that makes them faint.
Depending on the situation he claims of being Greek, Arab and others ancestry.
He had no formal theological training.
Preys on the most vulnerable and desperate people in society.
Claims to actually channel God, God enters him and takes over his mind and tongue. Hinn gave several future prophecies, then said he was drunk (presumably on the Holy Spirit) and asked someone to tell him what he had just said (December 31, 1989).

Why he might not be annoying:

He has many followers.
Evander Holyfield claimed he cured a hole in heart.
He has separated money from fools.
He has healed some people (placebo effect).
