Why she might be annoying:

    She auditioned for the role of Melanie Wilkes, but because of her inexperience she was passed over in favor of Olivia de Havilland.
    'Gone with the Wind' was her only film; two years later she left Hollywood and retired, citing a lack of suitable roles.
    She reportedly burned letters she received from 'Gone with the Wind' fans.

Why she might not be annoying:

    Her father died during World War I.
    George Cukor said, 'Rhett has a reality about her that is very engaging.'
    She became an accent coach for aspiring actors.
    She was a talented sketch artist, portrait painter and book illustrator.
