Why he might be annoying:

He didn't do much in his first three years, but Vince Lombardi became coach and he became the starter.
He goes by a shortened version of his middle name.
If you didn't look at his stats, you would think he was an average quarterback.
During the 1967 NFL Championship, he pulled a quarterback sneak and scored the game winning touchdown, but some say he was pushed over by one of his offensive linemen.

Why he might not be annoying:

From 1960-1967, he led the Green Bay Packers to a 62-24-4 record.
He was able to create the illusion of being an average quarterback and it was helpful to the team.
He was able to get the Green Bay Packers to the playoffs for the first time in ten years as head coach in 1982.
He is still active in the Packer Organization and attends practice occasionally.
He is a Hall of Fame quarterback.
