Why he might be annoying:

    He claims to be a 'satan guy' but no one is really scared of him.
    He uses the last name 'Gotti' to be like Mafia leader John Gotti.
    He, Ja Rule and Benzino attempted to ruin Eminem's career by publicizing Eminem's old record which disrespected black women and using the word nigger. He said after Eminem apologized that 'We're not going to forgive Eminem because he disrespected our women... We have to protect our women.' (December 2003)
    He is a hypocrite. He isn't black, uses the word 'nigger' and disrespects women.
    Rapper, Vita left Murder INC., and filed a law suit against them for not putting out her albums.
    Singer, Lil' Mo filed a law suit against Murder INC., for not paying her in full for her duets with Ja Rule.
    Like John Gotti, he was indicted for Tax-Evasion (April 2004).
    He's good friends with Death Row Records owner Suge Knight.
    He drinks and smokes heavily.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He dropped the word 'murder' from his label (November 2003).
    Record label co-owner and brother Chris Gotti was shot in the leg outside Def Jam studios.
    Despite 50 Cent disrespecting him and his artists they are still selling records and signing new artist.
    He thought of putting Ja Rule and Jennifer Lopez together for a duet. which was quite successful.
    He had hits with Ashanti.
