Why she might be annoying:

Many Nirvana and Hole fans have an unhealthy obsession with her.
Tool lead singer, Maynard James Keenan, once appeared on MuchMusic wearing a t-shirt reading 'Save Frances Bean.'
Courtney Love admitted to being a heavy drug user while pregnant with her.
After years of problems, she became permanently estranged from her mother at age 17.

Why she might not be annoying:

To keep her from scrutiny, Courtney keeps her sheltered from the public eye.
Other more sane fans of Nirvana and Hole also want to see her kept from the public.
Her father committed suicide before she was even old enough to remember him.
In Kurt's suicide note, he tells Courtney that Frances' life will be much happier without him.
She looks very much like Kurt Cobain (Thank God too, like we really need another Courtney Love in this world).
She tried to get her mother banned from Twitter after Courtney tweeted that Frances was having an affair with her father's former bandmate Dave Grohl (April 14, 2012).
