Forward for the Buffalo Sabres (1995-2000), Tampa Bay Lightning (2000-03), Pittsburgh Penguins (2003-04) and the Columbus Blue Jackets (2004)
Hobey Baker Award winner (1995)

Why he might be annoying:

He spent most of his NHL career on mediocre teams.
He failed to replicate his scoring touch at the NHL level.
He broke his leg during an informal workout session, prior to the start of the 2001-02 season, which cost him the first half of it.
Despite being an established veteran for the Lightning, he spent the majority of the 2002-03 season in the minors until his trade to Pittsburgh.
His career ended aprubtly as a result of the 2004-05 lockout, which wiped out the season.

He was a star player at Bowling Green University.
He was a member of the Sabres team that reached the Stanley Cup Finals (1999).
He excelled in the checking role for the Sabres.
He was the first Ohio-born player to play for the Columbus Blue Jackets franchise.
