Why Kids in the Hall might be annoying:

Every cast member was born within two weeks of another member with the exception of Dave.
Dave and Scott are fans of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Bruce is a fan of the Edmonton Oilers, Kevin is a fan of the Montreal Canadiens and Mark is a fan of the Ottawa Senators.
They are often referred to as 'the Kids.'
    They dressed in drag often.
Their 'cutting-edge' comedy went downhill after they left HBO for CBS.
Lorne Michaels tried to recruit the Kids on to Saturday Night Live, but was only able to sign Mark.
Mark's run on Saturday Night Live was a bust.
Their movie 'Brain Candy' was a box office bomb.
The Kids would often cast their family and friends in episodes as stand-ins.
Scott burned a picture of Kurt Cobain as a child on their final episode. The picture was a gift that was given to Scott from Kurt's managers, after Kurt killed himself.

Why Kids in the Hall might not be annoying:

Scott had a good run on 'The Larry Sanders Show.'
They created many memorable characters on the show, including 'Cabbage Head,' 'Gavin,' 'The Jerry Sizzler Sisters,' 'Chicken Lady' and 'The Pit of Ultimate Darkness.'
    Their comedy was called 'irreverent.'
    Scott is openly gay.
Scott was good friends with Kurt Cobain.
Bruce has crossed over into directing movies.
The role of Dave Nelson in 'News Radio' was specifically written for Dave.
Kevin has done voice work for many movies.
    They have a cult following.
