Why he might be annoying:

He is a raving anti-Semite who can't even tell the difference between Judaism and Zionism.
He is also a raving Holocaust denier who called Holocaust-denying writer Roger Garaudy a 'great philosopher'.
He undeniably loathes America up to the point that he calls it 'Great Satan'.
He is a hard-line opponent of peace and wants war against Israel and its allies.
Like other Hezbollah members, he enjoys engaging in terrorist activities, which is the reason why Hezbollah is considered a terrorist organization.

Why he might not be annoying:

His father was a poor grocer.
His oldest son Hadi was killed during a battle with Israeli troops in southern Lebanon (1997).
He is highly experienced in politics and very smart.
His father moved his family to his village when Lebanon was engulfed in a civil war (1975).
He, along with his wife and their three children, live simple lives in a poor area located in southern Beirut.
