He lived off his brother's fame.
He played himself on the sitcom 'Movie Stars,' along with the brothers of John Travolta and Patrick Swayze.
He sells his brother's gifts to him on eBay.
He was to release a big band CD, which never materialized.
He won a Razzie for Worst Song in 1986.
The outfits he wore for press shots were tacky.

Why he might not be annoying:

He had a better recording career than his brother.
He was spoofed often by Norm McDonald on Saturday Night Live in the mid 1990s.
He beat Geraldo Rivera in a boxing match for the Howard Stern show.
