Why he might be annoying:

She was initially very popular when she was Prime Minister, mainly because she was a woman.
She had trouble appealing to regular Canadians, and as such, many saw her as condescending and arrogant.
She once said during an election that an election was 'no time to discuss serious issues.'
She was seen too much like Brian Mulroney and as such was voted out of office after only serving the post three months.
She hired an American firm to do her campaign commercials, and one of the commercials mocked her opponent Jean Chrétien's facial paralysis.
She and her party were defeated in a landslide liberal victory.

Why he might not be annoying:

She was the first female Prime Minister of Canada.
She is a member of the Club of Madrid, an organization that's purpose is to strengthen democracy in the world.
She lost her election primarily because of disapproval of the things Brian Mulroney did.
She was included in the 50 most important leaders in history in the Almanac of World History compiled by the National Geographic Society (2004).
