Why they might be annoying:

Valerie sometimes has difficulty with her jumps.
Their lifts are not as good as the Russians.
They are under a lot of pressure to follow in the foot steps of Canadian's Sale & Pelletier.

Why they might not be annoying:

Their unison is nearly perfect.
They have a crisp, clean and non mannered style of skating.
Craig is amazingly flexible for a male pairs skater.
Their costumes are much nicer than those of their competitors.
They carry the tradition of Canadian skaters' graciousness and good sportsmanship.
Craig suffered a muscle pull just before the 2004 World Championships, but skated anyway.
Their 'leap of faith' move, where she jumps into the air and he catches her, is a crowd pleaser.
