Why he might be annoying:

Despite the Orioles winning the 1970 World Series in five games against the Cincinnati Reds, he did not appear in any game of the series.
Orioles Manager Earl Weaver referred to his fly balls as a 'Home run in Rochester.'
He had limited playing time in the 1977 season due to back problems after attempting to move an air conditioning unit.
He played in five ALCS appearances and lost in each of them.
He was the AL leader for errors committed as a second baseman with 22 (1983).
Despite having a terrific career as a second baseman, he has been snubbed from the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was the first member of the Angels Hall of Fame.
He excelled in turning a double play as a fielder.
He was the 1981 AL leader for home runs with 22, which made him the first second baseman in either league to be a leader in that category since 1929.
He established an all-time record for fielding percentage twice (.995 in the 1973 season and .997 in the 1985 season).
He surpassed Davey Johnson's Oriole record for most consecutive Gold Gloves as a second baseman with four.
He made 484 putouts which established an AL second baseman season record in that category (1974).
In one game, he record three straight home runs (1974).
