Her middle name was ‘Totto.’
The photographer Alfred Stieglitz cheated on his wife with her.
They got married, even though Stieglitz was 22 years older.
She was arrogant.
She disliked people, and preferred to live alone in the desert.
Practically all of her paintings are of flowers that look like vaginas.

She grew up on a farm.
She decided she was going to be a painter in the eighth grade.
She suffered from typhus as a young woman.
She posed nude for her photographer husband.
She had to give up painting because of her weak eyes.
She is one of the most popular female painters in history.
Because of her work, thousands of people have pictures of vaginas hanging on their walls (whether they realize it or not).
