The Resume

    (March 14, 2010-April 20, 2014)
    Hosted by Guy Fieri
    Airs on NBC
Premise: Contestants must successfully complete ten 60-second stunts for $1,000,000

Why Minute to Win It might be annoying:

It is basically just 'Beat the Clock' fused with 'Millionaire.'
Some of the stunts are really silly (ex. contestants must shake ping pong balls out of a box that is strapped to their butt).
Guy Fieri is a loud and obnoxious host.
The $1,000,000 stunt is nearly impossible (the contestant must bounce a coin off of a table and into a bottle that is several feet away).
Although some of the stunts are messy and/or dangerous to perform in a house, the show encourages the viewers to try the stunts at home.
Kevin Jonas was a contestant on a special 'celebrity edition.'

Why Minute to Win It might not be annoying:

Unlike the other prime time game shows, it doesn't take itself too seriously.
During summer 2010, it was the lead-in for the popular America's Got Talent.
The stunts on the show are performed with everyday household items.
It is a fun show to watch with the family.
The stunts are fun to recreate at parties.
