She talks a lot.
It has been considered that an appearance on 'The Gastineau Girls' was her breakthrough role.
She views herself as a pessimist.
There was video she appeared in prior to being a regular on 'The Office' called 'Blowjob Girl.' The video, which has been viewed over 18 million times on YouTube, is something that she is tired of being known for.
She has been in ads for Kmart and Dunkin' Donuts.

Why she might not be annoying:

Her role on 'The Office' was supposed to be for a few episodes but as it turned out, she became a full-time cast member.
She has an English degree from Princeton and also attended Oxford for a year.
She was a member of the famed Upright Citizens Brigade.
By coincidence, her high school drama teacher was Jon Hamm.
She was named among People Magazine's Most Beautiful People (2011).
