    Born in Boston, Massachusetts
    Attended the University of Oregon
    Drafted 10th overall by the Phoenix Suns in the 1976 NBA Draft
    Point guard for the Phoenix Suns (1976-79), New Orleans Jazz (1979), Atlanta Hawks (1979-80) and the Detroit Pistons (1980-82)
    Also played for Scavolini Pesaro (1983) and Alviks BK (1985-86)
    NBA steals leader (1978)

Why he might be annoying:

    He played on three different teams in the 1979 calendar year.
    He was drafted by the San Diego Chargers the 1976 NFL Draft and never played for the team even though he never had any football playing experience.
    He guided the Suns to the 1978 NBA Playoffs only to be swept by the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round.
    The Suns traded him to the Jazz for Truck Robinson, depriving him of a second NBA playoff appearance.
    He was deprived of a second NBA playoff appearance again as the Hawks traded him to the Pistons.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He won numerous All-American honors in his final years in college.
    He was one of the players who started the Oregon Ducks' 'Kamikaze Kids' basketball phenomenon.
    He graduated the University of Oregon with the all-time record of points scored with 2,085.
    The Oregon Ducks retired his #30 uniform.
    He was the first player from the Suns to lead the NBA in steals.
    He was a fan favorite.
