Why he might be annoying:

Most of the characters he plays are smart/foul-mouthed midgets.
His first major role was as an ewok in 'Return of the Jedi.'
He appeared in over 50 films and never had a title role.
He found fame in much the same way as Verne Troyer, but is not as well known.

Why he might not be annoying:

Despite reaching his adult height of 3 feet 6 inches early in his life, his entire up bringing was virtually indistinguishable from that of any other person in his neighborhood.
He injured Jim Carrey with a pair of nunchuckus while filming a fight scene in 'Me, Myself & Irene.'
He beat out Gary Coleman to several of his film roles.
He is an accomplished drummer, table tennis player and basketball player (played for the Hollywood shorties).
He has a black belt in martial arts.
