He dresses flamboyantly.

His designs are over the top and tacky.
He wore a ridiculous snow hat, during Fashion Week.
His nickname is ‘The Wild Card’.
As a youngster he was mocked for his style.
He was unable to win a single individual challenge.

Why he might not be annoying:

He won $10,000 by creating a fashion line for Banana Republic.
When he won, he pretended to cry while screaming ‘I’m so fucking happy!’
He won two challenges ‘Innovation’ and ‘Banana Republic Challenge’ during ‘Project Runway.
He’s not afraid to act and dress strangely.
His model didn’t show up for the ‘Postal Service Challenge,’ so he had to use Austin Scarlett.
