Played for the Indianapolis Colts (1990-1993), Atlanta Falcons (1994-1996), Oakland Raiders (1997-1998), Minnesota Vikings (1999), Washington Redskins (2000-2001), Seattle Seahawks (2002) and Chicago Bears (2004)

Why he might be annoying:

He was Ryan Leaf before Ryan Leaf.
He played for more teams than any overall #1 draft pick in history.
He never accepted responsibility when he played poorly, always putting the blame elsewhere.
Former teammates have described him as self-centered, a spoiled brat and an egomaniac.
He transferred after a year at Purdue because the coach who recruited him was fired, and the school didn't consult him about a successor.
Even after a monster season in 1999 with the Minnesota Vikings, they let him walk because they didn't want to deal with his act.
He once deemed himself good looking. He made this assessment while sporting a mullet.

Why he might not be annoying:

His passing has been described as poetry.
He threw one of the best deep balls in the 90's.
He threw 41 more touchdowns than interceptions (154 to 113).
Despite his talent, he is too old now to come back and be a pain in the ass for another team.
