As a result, she cannot compete at the 2006 Winter Olympics or the 2006 World Championships.
She sometimes has a crazed look on her face.

She is only the third woman to land a triple Axel in competition since Midori Ito and Tonya Harding.
The Japanese media has been relentless in their pursuit of her.
