    Drafted 26th overall by the Buffalo Sabres in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft

Why he might be annoying:

    He shares his name with the basketball player and fellow countryman.
    Despite posting decent numbers with Medicine Hat, some hockey pundits felt teams would pass on him as a result of his diminutive stature.
    He spent both his formative and prime years on awful Sabres teams,
    He said in an interview that the only downside of living in the United States was they didn't have good potato chip flavors.
    He has an enormous mullet, which he grew in a two year span.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He excelled as a playmaking forward during his career.
    He chose #63 for the Sabres, as the #9 he wore during his junior and minor career was worn by Derek Roy.
    He earned AHL Rookie of the Year honors, while playing for the Sabres farm affiliate in Portland (2010).
    He established himself as one of the Sabres consistent scoring threats during one of the worst stretches in franchise history.
    His style of play was compared to. that of fellow NHL smallmen Theoren Fleury and Martin St. Louis.
