Drafted 83rd overall by the Birmingham Bulls in the 1977 WHA Draft and 7th overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1978 NHL Entry Draft
Forward for the Birmingham Bulls (1977-78), Philadelphia Flyers (1978-82, 1990), Edmonton Oilers (1982-84, 1990-91), Boston Bruins (1984-90) and the Toronto Maple Leafs (1991)

Why he might be annoying:

His nickname is 'Rat.'
He did two stints with both the Flyers and Oilers.
His tenure with the Maple Leafs lasted only five games.
He took the NHL to court in regards to drafting underage juniors, which was thrown out when he signed in the WHA.
He was charged with assault, after he kicked an opponent in the head with his skate.

He scored the clincher that sealed the first Stanley Cup victory for the Oilers (1984).
He thrived in the agitators role, often getting under the skin of his opponents.
He was part of the Flyers famed 'Rat Patrol' line during the early 1980's.
He opted to stay in the New England region following his retirement from hockey, and worked in real estate and insurance.
He was the first player in NHL history to record three series clinching goals in a single playoffs (1984).
