They have watched their team suffer through mismanagement, horrible trades and a really poor product on the ice after winning the 1989 Stanley Cup.
They are extremely despised by Edmonton Oiler fans.
Tim Hurlbut decided to streak across the Saddledome ice where he knocked himself unconscious.
Their motto for the 2005-06 season was 'Cup or Bust.'

They started the 'C of Red' during the playoffs which is similar to the 'White Out' in Phoenix.
Their team captured the interests of Canadian hockey fans during their Stanley Cup run in 2004.
