    Defensive tackle for the Kansas City Chiefs (1968-74), Houston Oilers (1974-80), and Detroit Lions (1980-81)
    Six-time Pro Bowler (1969,1971,1975-78)
    Inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame (2013)

Why he might be annoying:

    He broke the helmets of three teammates during a scrimmage at Arizona State.
    He was drafted by the Denver Broncos, who traded him after unsuccessfully trying to convert him to an offensive guard.
    He was traded to the Oilers after threatening to jump to the World Football League, even signing a contract with the Southern California Sun.
    Due to injuries, he played only two games in his last NFL season.

Why he might not be annoying:

    At Arizona State, in addition to being an All-American in football, he won the NCAA wrestling championship in the heavyweight division (1967).
    Two or three players were usually needed to block him.
    Hall of Fame center Jim Otto called him ‘perhaps the strongest man I ever lined up against.’
    The Sporting News named him to their all-century teams for both the Chiefs and the Houston Oilers/Tennessee Titans franchise.
    During Arizona’s centennial celebrations (2006), he was named the state’s greatest athlete.
