Defenseman for the Chicago Blackhawks (1991-93), Edmonton Oilers (1993-96), St. Louis Blues (1996-97), Ottawa Senators (1997-2000), Calgary Flames (2000-02) and the Florida Panthers (2002)

Why he might be annoying:

He played on six different NHL teams.
He is remembered for being the lone defenseman who went up against the likes of Mario Lemieux, Wayne Gretzky and Larry Murphy in a 3 on 1, when Lemieux scored the series clinching goal at the 1987 Canada Cup.
His NHL career ended on a whimper, as he spent his final seven games on a woeful Panthers team.
He retired one game short of 700 career NHL games.
