Why he might be annoying:

    He shares his name with the basketball player.
    He spent the majority of his career in the minor leagues.
    His hitting skills were extremely weak.
    His career is remembered for an incident in the minors, in which he initially caught a fly ball, but ran through a plywood fence, which caused him to drop it (May 27, 1991).
    He was relegated to pinch running and backup outfield duties during his tenure in the majors.

    He had exceptional speed during his early years.
    He excelled at base stealing, which proved to be a valuable asset coming off the bench.
    He recorded a game-winning single in his final major league at-bat, which came off Tim Crews, who would pass away prior to the start of the following season (1992).
    He coached various minor league teams, following his retirement as a player.
    His son, Grant followed in his footsteps and became a baseball player.
