Why he might be annoying:

Police found that the gun he possessed matched the gun used to kill ten innocent victims.
His own wife feared him and petitioned the courts to have him stay away from their children.
After killing five people, he demanded $10 million, stating that he will kill more people if he did not get the money.
He recruited a 17-year old accomplice.
He changed his name from John Allen Williams to John Allen Muhammad (initials JAW to JAM).
He was Sentenced to death for the murder of Dean Meyers (March 9, 2004).

Why he might not be annoying:

He was finally caught before he harmed more people.
The witness who led police to him refused the $500,000 reward and requested the money to be used to benefit the victims' families.
He is a Gulf War Veteran.
He was executed by lethal injection.
