Why he might be annoying:

He blamed mass shootings on the legalization of abortion.
He voted against health insurance protections for patients with pre-existing conditions.
During his 2018 Senate campaign, he sought and received the support of the Public Advocate of the United States, an anti-LGBT organization that advocates conversion therapy and equates homosexuality with pedophilia.
He said that even if the sexual assault allegations against Brett Kavanaugh were true, they should not disqualify him from the Supreme Court.
He held up confirmation of a White House budget official until the Army Corps of Engineers awarded a $400-million contract for border wall construction to a firm owned by one of his campaign donors.
When Trump tried to host a G7 summit at one of his resorts, Cramer praised his ‘tremendous integrity.’
