Why she might be annoying:

Her full name is the unweildly Valérie Madeleine Michelle Françoise Drodelot-Quennessen.
At 16 she starred in a French commercial for Mr. Clean.
She formed a new wave band called A Glance from Hades.

Why she might not be annoying:

She was an acrobat as a child and at age ten received an award for it from the mayor of Paris.
While portraying an archeologist in 'Summer Lovers,' she actually found some 3500 year old pottery shards during filming at a dig. (Although cynics suggest that the shards were planted for her to find by the producers.)
She went full frontal in 'Summer Lovers.'
'Conan' director John Milius said, 'She exuded sensuality with innocence.'
After 'Summer Lovers,' she largely retired from acting (except for a few shorts and TV appearances) to raise a family.
